Overall, Dexters reported a record week for sales in January, continuing the momentum generated in the last quarter of 2016. Commenting on the prospects for the market in the year ahead Andy Shepherd, Managing Director, said “We’ve hit the ground running this year. The uncertainty surrounding the property market on the back of Brexit that has been dominating the news is having little impact on our market; buyers and tenants are out in force. We booked over 16,000 viewing appointments for buyers in January and almost 10,000 for tenants.
