Following on from a successful Summer exhibition, this season The Fan Museum’s elegant Georgian interiors play host to a colourful, vibrant display of the Museum’s treasures – a showcase of extraordinary richness and diversity.

The broad ranging display will include fans from both East and West and which represent the complex, multi-faceted history and culture of the fan through different ages.
Running from 2 October to 29 December, the exhibition is supported by a number of events including a lunchtime lecture on Thursday 17 October given by Dr Kate Felus, author of The Secret Life of the Georgian Garden, and a special Chinese Operatic performance by Kathy Hall of London Chinese Opera Studio. In full costume and with fan in hand, her performance is sure to be a spectacle not to be missed.
